• Welcome showroom visitors and deliver an engaging and professional customer experience. • Conduct structured and memorable test drives, highlighting vehicle features, technology, and performance. • Confidently explain vehicle features and answer customer questions. • Prepare vehicles for delivery and provide personalized customer handovers. • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets by guiding customers through a seamless journey. • Manage telephone, online, and walk-in customer enquiries. • Ensure customer information is accurately captured in the relevant systems. • Maintain strong knowledge of automotive products, new technologies, market trends, and competitor activities. • Complete required product and professional development training. Required skills to be successful • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. • Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication abilities. • Good technical knowledge and a strong interest in automobiles. • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. • Confidence in delivering engaging product demonstrations and test drives. • Fluent English communication skills. • Arabic or additional languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, or Farsi would be advantageous. • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. • Valid UAE driving licence. About the team You will be part of a dynamic and customer-focused retail team committed to delivering outstanding showroom experiences. Working closely with showroom management and sales colleagues, you will help create a seamless customer journey from the initial enquiry and test drive through to vehicle delivery. What equips you for the role • A degree is preferred but not essential. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role . • Experience within automotive, luxury retail, airlines, hospitality, events, teaching, sales, or customer care would be highly valued. • Proven ability to deliver premium and memorable customer experiences. • Strong passion for vehicles, technology, and customer engagement.
