Procurement & Tendering Specialist

• Manage and oversee end-to-end online bidding and tendering processes. • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for industrial materials, focusing on pipes, valves, pumps, and related equipment. • Ensure full compliance with relevant industry standards and specifications. • Coordinate shipping, logistics, and international trade terms (Incoterms) efficiently. • Prepare competitive commercial and technical proposals. • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a same role (procurement, tendering, or sales engineering within the mechanical/industrial sector). • Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with industrial pipes, Bends , flanges ,valves, pumps, and related Products. • Skills: Proven experience with online bidding portals, tendering procedures, and contract management. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry standards and international shipping terms.
