Procurement & Tender Specialist - Medical Consumables

**We're Hiring** National Medical Consumable Industries (Natmed) is expanding and seeking talented professionals to join our growing Medical \& Healthcare Consumables business in Kuwait. **Role Summary** Natmed is seeking a Senior Medical Procurement Specialist to support the sourcing and procurement of medical and healthcare products for distribution and sales across the region. The successful candidate will work closely with international manufacturers and suppliers to source products, obtain competitive quotations, negotiate commercial terms, support tender requirements, and coordinate procurement from inquiry through delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Source medical consumables, medical devices, healthcare products, hygiene solutions, and related products from local and international suppliers. * Identify and evaluate new manufacturers, suppliers, and products based on customer, tender, and commercial requirements. * Support government and private\-sector tenders by sourcing required products, obtaining technical documentation, and preparing supplier quotations and costing. * Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers on production, documentation, shipping, and delivery timelines. * Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while continuously identifying alternative and competitive sources. * Coordinate with Sales and other internal teams to understand product requirements and support new business opportunities. * Maintain accurate supplier, product, pricing, quotation, and procurement records. **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. * Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain. * Experience in medical consumables, medical devices, healthcare products, pharmaceutical distribution, or medical trading is strongly preferred. * Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers is preferred. * Familiarity with quotations, purchase orders, shipping documentation, and import processes * Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and supplier\-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems. * Strong written and verbal communication skills Send your updated CV to: Work Location: In person
