Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished **Principal Architect** to lead our architectural vision, oversee project execution, and inspire design innovation. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, mentor design teams, and ensure that projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. Key Responsibilities * **Design leadership**: Direct architectural design across diverse projects, ensuring creativity and functionality. * **Project oversight**: Manage end\-to\-end project delivery, from concept to completion. * **Client collaboration**: Partner with clients to translate visions into innovative architectural solutions. * **Sustainability integration**: Incorporate sustainable practices and materials into designs. * **Team mentorship**: Guide and inspire architects, designers, and engineers. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure adherence to Bahrain’s building codes and international standards. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. * 12\+ years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven portfolio of high\-profile projects. * Strong knowledge of sustainable design, modern construction techniques, and digital design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM). * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s architectural and regulatory landscape is an advantage.
