Position: Portfolio Manager � Dubai, UAE About the Role As a Portfolio Manager at Quest For Nest Real Estate, you will play a key role in building client relationships, understanding investment objectives, and guiding clients through their real estate journey. Your responsibilities will include: • Building and managing a portfolio of investors and end users. • Conducting strategic prospecting and business development activities. • Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable investment opportunities. • Arranging property viewings and providing market insights. • Negotiating and closing transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience. • Developing long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
