Sales Representative

• Visit supermarkets, grocery stores, mini marts, cafés, gift shops, petrol stations, corporate offices, and other potential customers daily. • Introduce and present our chocolate products to store owners, purchasing managers, and decision-makers. • Carry product samples, catalogues, price lists, and promotional materials during field visits. • Generate new orders and open new customer accounts. • Follow up with existing customers to secure repeat orders. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Identify new sales areas, retailers, distributors, and business opportunities. • Collect customer feedback regarding products, pricing, packaging, and competitors. • Maintain accurate daily records of customer visits, leads, orders, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with the operations and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfilment. • Monitor competitor products, prices, promotions, and market presence. • Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions. • Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, chocolates, confectionery, food products, or retail distribution is preferred. • Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply. • Must be comfortable spending most of the working day visiting customers in the field. • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Target-driven and confident in approaching new customers. • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel, or CRM systems. • UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred but not mandatory. • Knowledge of the UAE retail market is an advantage. • English is required; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi would be an advantage.
