Power BI & Dashboard Consultant (Data Analytics)

Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Power BI & Dashboard Consultant to develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence solutions and management dashboards. The successful candidate will transform complex data into meaningful insights, support reporting requirements across multiple business functions, and contribute to enterprise analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. • Create advanced data models, measures, and calculations using DAX . • Develop analytical reports and visualizations to support business decision-making. • Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions. • Build and optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes. • Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher . • Support integration and reporting requirements from Oracle Unifier and Primavera P6 environments. • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms. • Collaborate with project controls, engineering, and business teams to deliver meaningful insights and performance metrics. Highly Preferred • Experience with Oracle Unifier reporting and dashboard development. • Experience integrating data from Primavera P6 , Unifier, ERP, and other enterprise systems. • Understanding of project controls, planning, and portfolio management processes. • Experience in engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects. Qualifications Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Dashboard Development. • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI . • Expert knowledge of DAX , Power Query, and data modeling. • Experience with BI Publisher report development. • Strong SQL and database querying skills. • Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and enterprise reporting architecture. • Experience working with Microsoft Azure Data Platform and Databricks . • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
