Role Summary We are looking for a certified Admin PMO to support our project management office. You will keep project documentation, schedules, and reports organised and up to date, and support project managers and site teams with day-to-day administration. Key Responsibilities • Support project managers with planning, tracking, and reporting • Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports • Control project documents, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence • Maintain the document register and make sure the latest versions are in use • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items • Track project deliverables, deadlines, and approvals • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients • Maintain PMO templates, processes, and standard reporting formats • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management Requirements • Certification in project management or PMO (PMP, CAPM, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent) • UAE experience in a PMO or project administration role • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar is an advantage • Strong organisation, documentation, and communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
