Planning Engineer

• Develop, review, and monitor project schedules, baseline programmes, and progress updates using Primavera P6. • Conduct delay and forensic schedule analysis to identify causes and impacts of project delays. • Prepare, review, and assess Extension of Time (EOT) claims and construction-related contractual claims. • Perform critical path analysis and apply recognised delay analysis methodologies, including Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Windows Analysis, and As-Planned vs. As-Built Analysis. • Review project records, correspondence, and contractual documents to substantiate delay events and claims. • Prepare technical delay analysis reports and provide recommendations on claims assessment, mitigation, and dispute resolution. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering discipline. • 5–10 years of relevant experience in Planning, Project Controls, Delay Analysis, and Construction Claims. • Proven hands-on experience in Forensic Analysis, EOT Claims, and Construction Delay Analysis . • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction contract administration. • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. • Good understanding of critical path analysis and delay analysis methodologies, including TIA and Windows Analysis. • Excellent analytical, technical report-writing, and communication skills.
