Partnership Associate

Graystone Capital | Lending Partnerships, Client Relationships & Preliminary Credit Assessment � Lender Partnerships: Identify and onboard banks, fintechs, NBFCs, and alternative lenders; build relationships with decision-makers; understand lending criteria, credit appetite, pricing, and financing products. � Client Relationships & Origination: Develop partnerships with SMEs, corporates, business groups, and referral partners; engage with CFOs, finance directors, CEOs, and business owners to identify financing needs and generate mandates. � Preliminary Credit Assessment: Review financial statements, bank statements, cash flows, existing debt, repayment capacity, and key credit indicators to assess bankability, identify risks, and recommend suitable financing solutions. � Credit Proposals & Deal Structuring: Prepare concise, one-page preliminary credit proposals covering client profiles, funding requirements, financial performance, credit risks, proposed facility amounts, tenors, security, and suitable lenders. � Deal Facilitation: Coordinate between clients, lenders, Origination, and Finance/Credit teams; manage lender queries and documentation; and track opportunities through assessment, approval, and disbursement. We’re looking for someone who can independently originate partnerships, assess financing opportunities, and develop informed preliminary credit proposals, not simply coordinate administrative processes.
