Participant Recruitment Coordinator – Arabic Speech Project

About the project: Bracketbridge is looking for a person or company to recruit participants for an Arabic speech recording project in the UAE. Your role focuses on finding suitable participants and coordinating their attendance. Bracketbridge will manage the recording sessions and technical process. We are recruiting native speakers of Gulf Arabic, Egyptian Arabic and Najdi Arabic. Each session involves two participants speaking the same dialect. They do not need to know each other beforehand. Each pair completes three conversations of 40 minutes each. Your responsibilities: • Find suitable participants within the agreed timeframe. • Check their eligibility and dialect using our criteria. • Organise participant pairs and appointments with our team. • Find replacements when needed. Compensation: This is a paid project. Payment details will be discussed with applicants. How to apply: Please submit an application including your UAE location and availability, how you would recruit participants for each dialect, and how many participants you could realistically recruit and how long you would need. Shortlisted applicants will receive the full recruitment brief. Based in the UAE. Fluent Arabic. English is preferred but not required. Able to recruit suitable participants for the target dialects.
