Outdoor Sales Executive- Uniform

Promote and sell our range of customized uniforms to businesses and institutions across the UAE. Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and explore new business opportunities. Present uniform samples and product catalogs to potential clients. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate uniform solutions based on their industry needs. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure uniform orders are delivered accurately and on time. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new product developments in the uniform industry. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales manager. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in uniforms, textiles, or garments. Strong understanding of the uniforms market and client needs in sectors like hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and education. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
