By upholding our values of respect, excellence, collaboration and integrity; Al\-Futtaim Group continues to enrich the lives and aspirations of our customers each and every day. **Job Description:** We’re hiring an Outbound Sales Specialist to drive motor insurance renewals, maximize customer retention, and cross‑sell additional insurance products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contact customers to secure motor insurance renewals. * Manage quotations, follow‑ups, confirmations, and policy‑issuance support. * Cross‑sell complementary insurance products. * Meet renewal conversion, premium, and productivity KPIs. * Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes. * Escalate complex cases to underwriting or claims teams. **What You Bring:** * Strong sales and communication skills. * Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections confidently. * Customer‑centric approach with a high‑quality service mindset. * Experience in outbound sales or insurance preferred. * English required; Arabic is an advantage. **About Orient Insurance PJSC** Orient Insurance Company commenced operations in 1982 as a part of the reputed Al\-Futtaim Group and has since recorded a progressively steady growth.
