Job description

• Promoting and selling Holidays & Travel products, handling leisure-related tasks to ensure company profitability and achieving targets • Lead a team of travel consultants, providing training and support to foster a culture of excellence and innovation. • Ensure compliance with travel regulations and safety protocols, maintaining high standards of service and customer care. • Develop partnerships with tourism boards and local attractions to enhance package appeal and value. • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform future strategies and optimize holiday offerings. • Manage client communications effectively, providing timely updates and addressing concerns to enhance customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote holiday packages through compelling campaigns and outreach strategies. • Oversee all logistical aspects of holiday planning, from itinerary creation to on-ground support, ensuring seamless execution. • Monitor holiday trends and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings and introduce innovative travel experiences. • Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients, leveraging industry connections. • Design and curate personalized holiday packages that cater to diverse client preferences and budgets, ensuring exceptional experiences. • Develop Marketing Strategies to Promote & sell all products & services. . Supervisory Responsibilities Assisting Travel Consultant on Holidays package. Seek management assistance and guidance by reporting any issues. • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of holiday planning are executed flawlessly. • Creative problem-solving abilities, allowing for quick adaptation to changes and unexpected challenges. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer preferences for strategic planning. • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred, enhancing communication with diverse clients. • 10 years of experience in manager role -travel management, sales, or related roles, showcasing a proven track record of success. • Industry certifications such as IATA, or similar, indicate a commitment to professional development and expertise. • Experience in managing complex travel itineraries and vendor relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction • Computer literate in MS Office & Windows UAE Driving License is mandatory.
