Order Management Specialist

• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and minimizing errors to maintain customer satisfaction. • Manage order discrepancies, including investigating and resolving issues related to incorrect items, damaged goods, or missing shipments, to ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments, expedite deliveries, and resolve any shipping-related problems to meet customer expectations. • Monitor order statuses proactively, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues to prevent disruptions and keep customers informed. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in order management principles. • Requires 2-3 years of experience in order management, demonstrating a proven track record of handling order processes and resolving related issues. • Demonstrates strong proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM software, and order management tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. • Exhibits advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis, reporting, and creating insightful dashboards.
