Oracle SCM with Procurement Consultant

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia (On-site) Experience: 9+ Years Notice Period: Maximum 2 Weeks Preferred Availability: Immediate Joiners Candidate Location: Currently based in Saudi Arabia Iqama Requirement: Transferable Iqama required Job Summary DWT Technology is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM with Procurement Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading end-to-end implementations, managing procurement processes, configuring Oracle procurement modules, and supporting the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. The role involves business requirement analysis, solution configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM and Procurement implementation projects. • Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis. • Configure Oracle Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, and Procurement Contracts. • Support Inventory Management, receiving processes, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay workflows. • Manage Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, cutover, and go-live activities. • Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and customizations. • Support procurement workflows, supplier management, and purchasing approval processes. • Facilitate user training and prepare functional documentation. • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot procurement-related functional issues. • Support integration between Oracle SCM and Oracle Financials. Required Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 9 years of experience in Oracle SCM and Procurement. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). • Proven end-to-end implementation experience. • Strong functional expertise in procurement processes and workflows. • Experience with Oracle Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, and Procurement Contracts. • Knowledge of Inventory Management, receiving, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Understanding of supplier management and purchasing approvals. • Knowledge of Oracle Financials integration with SCM and Procurement. • Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. • Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia and hold a transferable Iqama. • Must be available to join within two weeks; immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
