Oracle Fusion Finance Specialist

• Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Budgetary Control. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions. • Troubleshoot functional issues, system errors, reconciliation discrepancies, and approval workflows. • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. • Coordinate system testing, integrations, enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Develop financial reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio. • Provide functional support, documentation, and training to end users. • Coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support to resolve system issues. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation or support. • Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. • Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and financial reporting. • Good understanding of accounting processes, financial controls, reconciliations, and IFRS. • Experience with Oracle Project Financial Management is an advantage. • Previous experience in construction, contracting, or project-based industries is preferred.
