Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee operational performance across our UAE locations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, service quality, and productivity targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, retail, or dark store operations, with a strong focus on team development, performance improvement, and operational excellence. • Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with established SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards. • Monitor team performance, productivity, operational accuracy, and service quality, identifying gaps and implementing improvement plans. • Coach and guide drivers, helpers, and operational employees to improve job performance and achieve operational targets. • Conduct operational audits and on-site assessments across multiple locations to ensure consistent working standards. • Identify skill gaps and coordinate employee coaching, knowledge-sharing sessions, and performance improvement initiatives. • Develop and maintain SOP guides, operational manuals, presentations, and other supporting materials. • Track operational KPIs, compliance, and performance trends using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools. • Analyse customer experience data, operational ratings, and performance feedback to recommend process improvements. • Promote safe working practices, hazard awareness, situational awareness, and defensive driving standards. • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Safety teams to implement operational improvement projects and standardise best practices. • Prepare regular performance reports and present key updates during daily, weekly, and monthly reviews. • Travel to different UAE hub locations as required to conduct operational reviews, audits, and on-site coaching. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred. • 3+ years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, retail, warehouse, or dark store operations. • Experience supervising teams, monitoring KPIs, and improving operational performance. • Strong coaching, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is an advantage. • Ability to analyse performance data, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions. • Willingness to travel regularly across UAE locations. • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
