Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational workflows, managing front-line staff, and ensuring efficiency across supply chain, warehousing, or retail operational processes. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of execution, optimizing team performance, ensuring compliance, and resolving operational bottlenecks in real time. 3 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or retail administration, with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Associate or bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach. Excellent problem-solving abilities and calmness under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP software, and MS Office / Excel. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
