Operations & Procurement Supervisor - Civil

Role & responsibilities (candidate from kerala preferred) • Managing factory labour, attendance and daily manpower allocation. • Purchasing raw materials, consumables and other factory requirements. • Coordinating with suppliers and obtaining quotations. • Managing labour accommodation and transportation, labour documents. • Coordinating vehicle maintenance, fuel and equipment servicing. • Supervising stores, stock records and material availability. • Coordinating with the accountant regarding purchase invoices and payments. • Reporting daily operational matters to management. Preferred candidate profile A firm, assertive and disciplined supervisor with strong leadership skills, capable of managing labour, enforcing company rules and ensuring work is completed on time and who can speak hindi and vendor management with good negotiation CIVIL ENGINEER (DIPLOMA/ GRADUATE WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE) Candidate who can commit more than 4 years only apply
