Job description

What you'll actually do This is not a desk\-admin role. You'll own the day\-to\-day running of live bootcamps and the trainees in them: * **Own the trainee journey** — from the moment someone enrolls: accounts created, onboarding emails sent, first\-day access working, no one slipping through the cracks. * **Run cohort operations** — track attendance, monitor who's continuing to the next phase, send reminders and announcements, and keep instructors, trainees, and management in sync. * **Handle real cases daily** — a trainee who never got their login, a deferral request mid\-cohort, a payment that needs confirming before class, a record created with the wrong email. You investigate, fix what you can, and escalate what you can't — with the full context attached. * **Keep records accurate** — maintain trainee, admission, and payment records in our internal portal (ERP/CRM). If the data is wrong, decisions downstream go wrong; you're the person who catches it first. * **Coordinate across teams** — Education, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, and our systems team. You'll be the person who follows up until things are actually done, not just requested. * **Report clearly** — management gets status updates from you that answer: what's done, what's pending, who owns it, and what's at risk. What we're looking for * 1–3 years in operations, program coordination, customer experience, admin with real ownership, or similar. * Organized by system, not by memory — you use trackers, lists, and follow\-up routines. * Clear written communication in **English and Arabic** — you'll write to trainees, parents, instructors, and management daily. * High attention to detail: names, dates, payment amounts, email addresses — you check before you send. * Sound judgment on what to solve yourself vs. what to escalate — and when you escalate, you come with a recommendation. * Comfortable learning new systems fast (we use Slack, Notion, an ERP portal, spreadsheets, and AI tools daily). * Composure when plans change at the last minute — because in live education, they do. Nice to have, not required * Kuwaiti Citizenship * Experience in education, training, events, or another delivery\-heavy environment. * Familiarity with ERPNext or any CRM. * Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) responsibly to work faster. Why join * Real ownership early — you run workflows, not errands, and your scope grows with your reliability. * A front\-row seat at the region's top tech education company, surrounded by people learning and shipping every day. * A direct, feedback\-heavy culture: mistakes are discussed openly, good work is visible, and growth is expected. Work Location: In person
