**OPERATIONS CONTROL LEAD** **Company:** SPLS Cambodia **Location:** Sharq, Block 1, Kuwait City, Kuwait **Salary:** KWD 1,350 / month **Job Description** SPLS Cambodia Kuwait is looking for a highly organized and proactive **Operations Control Lead** to oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent business operations. The successful candidate will monitor performance, coordinate teams, resolve operational issues, and ensure that processes are followed according to company standards. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and coordinate daily operational activities * Oversee workflow and ensure efficient resource allocation * Track operational performance and key performance indicators * Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth operations * Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports * Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures * Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives * Lead and provide guidance to operations team members * Communicate operational updates and concerns to management * Ensure service quality and operational targets are consistently achieved **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field * Proven experience in operations, control, logistics, or a similar leadership role * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Good communication and coordination skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure * Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
