Equipment Rental Operations Manager

**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Equipment Rental Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our equipment rental business. The ideal candidate will manage fleet utilization, maintenance, customer service, and operational efficiency while ensuring safe and profitable operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily equipment rental operations and fleet availability. * Oversee equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs. * Coordinate rental schedules, deliveries, and equipment returns. * Monitor inventory, utilization, and operational performance. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Lead and supervise operations, logistics, and service teams. * Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, fleet maintenance, and rental operations. * Experience with inventory management and operational planning. * Excellent leadership, organizational, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet or rental management software. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
