Operations Officer - Banking Department (Chinese Speaker)

Duties & Responsibilities • Banking operation, including but not limited on account opening, remittance, online banking and other transaction banking products operation • Assistance on International settlement operation and Trade finance operation • Other issues assigned by the Head of department • Discharge AML and compliance obligations of the position pursuant to applicable laws and regulations as well as the Branch's internal policies including, without limitation, the AML Manual and the Compliance Manual *Detailed duties and responsibilities may be varied on each person with different emphasis. Reporting lines : Direct to Head of department Competencies Competency 1 Possessing international settlement and trade finance or banking knowledge Competency 2 Good analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills, good promotion skills and sense of market and business development Competency 3 Baseline competencies: • Bachelor degree or above on finance or relevant specialty • Integrity • Organizational sensitivity • Cultural awareness • Good Chinese and English expression capability (oral and writing) • Professional with OFFICE software KPI • Assignment of department’s KPI • Integrity and Responsibility • Prudential implementation on accountability • Professionalism on responsible job • Sounds cooperation with other departments • Good learning spirit, ability and Innovation
