Operations Manager

The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with operational excellence, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with previous experience at Marriott International and a background in sales will be given preference. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree a related field (preferred). • Minimum 5 8 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry. • Previous experience with Marriott International is highly preferred. • Sales or business development experience is strongly preferred. • Proven leadership and people management skills. • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems. Basic Salary: SR 6,000 8,000 per month. Accommodation 25 % from basic salary Transportation 10% from basic salary 30 days of annual leave. Round-trip air ticket every year.
