Operations Director Company: Otracosa Job Type: Full\-Time About the Role Otracosa is seeking a strategic and results\-oriented Operations Director to lead, optimize, and scale our business and operational frameworks in Oman. In this executive role, you will be responsible for overall operational efficiency, strategic execution, resource allocation, and continuous organizational growth. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Leadership: Direct daily operations across business units, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), operational budgets, and growth milestones. * Process Optimization: Streamline internal workflows, enhance cross\-departmental productivity, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and reduce operating costs. * Financial \& Resource Management: Oversee operational OPEX and CAPEX budgets, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and cost control strategies. * Risk \& Compliance: Ensure total compliance with Omani labor laws, industry regulations, safety standards, and corporate governance frameworks. * Team Governance: Build, mentor, and direct high\-performing management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications \& Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience: 10 to 12\+ years of progressive operational experience, with at least 4 to 5 years in a senior executive or Director\-level role. * Technical Skills: Strong background in supply chain/operations planning, ERP enterprise management, financial planning, and risk management. * Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is an advantage. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٤٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
