Operations Strategy Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, profitability, and overall business performance. The role analyzes operational processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and works with cross\-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Analyze business processes, operational performance, costs, and productivity. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. Lead strategic projects and operational improvement initiatives. Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor operational effectiveness. Prepare business cases, forecasts, budgets, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with finance, sales, HR, supply chain, IT, and other departments. Conduct market and competitive analysis to support operational decisions. Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and organizational processes. Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and track results. Develop dashboards and management reports for senior leadership. Lead process improvement and change management programs. Evaluate technology and automation opportunities to improve operations. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and operational policies. Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to senior management. Coach and guide teams in achieving operational and strategic objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 5\+ years of experience in operations, business strategy, management consulting, or process improvement. Strong knowledge of strategic planning and operational management. Excellent analytical, financial, and problem\-solving skills. Strong project management and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or reporting tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage. Pay: RO1,350\.000 per month Work Location: In person
