OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

• Maintain MOMs, action trackers, and follow up with respective teams to ensure timely closure of pending tasks. • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates. • Monitor vehicle maintenance, breakdowns, servicing schedules, and registration/insurance renewals. • Track warehouse contracts, lease renewals, licences, and applicable compliance deadlines. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, highlight overdue actions, and proactively escalate critical issues. • Maintain accurate documentation and support operational projects, process improvements, and other assignments from the COO. • Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations coordination, administration, or MIS. • Strong MS Excel skills; proficient in Word and PowerPoint. • Excellent organisational, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. • Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. • Strong sense of ownership, willingness to learn, and potential to grow into a broader operations role.
