Operation Executive

• Manage daily taxi operations, vehicle allocation, and driver deployment. • Handle vehicle handover and takeover procedures, including physical inspections and documentation. • Ensure vehicles are ready for registration and operational deployment. • Coordinate with the Workshop Department for accident repairs, maintenance, and vehicle breakdowns. • Monitor fleet availability, vehicle condition, and operational efficiency. • Review and approve driver leave requests as per company policy and operational requirements. • Coordinate with the Training Department for driver retraining and refresher training. • Monitor operational KPIs and ensure targets are achieved as per management requirements. • Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily and periodic reports. • Previous experience in taxi operations, fleet management, or the transport industry. • Practical knowledge of vehicle allocation, handover/takeover, and vehicle inspection. • Experience coordinating with workshop and training departments. • Good understanding of driver management, fleet readiness, and operational KPIs. • Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management systems. • Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.
