Job description

• Oversee daily operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards, and proactively identify bottlenecks for process improvement. • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture and providing regular feedback and development opportunities. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record in a similar industry • Expertise in Hospital overall Operations role. Location- Muscat
