ONLINE STORE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Online Store Supervisor to manage and grow our existing online store specializing in e-cigarette and vaping products. Our website, products, inventory, and delivery system are already in place. We need someone who can take responsibility for online store operations, increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and generate actual sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage daily online store operations and sales performance. • Increase website traffic, customer inquiries, conversion rates, and online sales. • Manage products, pricing, promotions, and website content. • Handle online customers, WhatsApp leads, follow-ups, and repeat customers. • Develop and execute practical online marketing and customer acquisition strategies. • Analyze sales and website data to improve performance. • Gradually support and develop offline B2C sales activities. • Proven hands-on experience in operating and growing an online store. • Strong knowledge of e-commerce, online sales, SEO, social media marketing, and digital sales channels. • Ability to independently develop and execute strategies that generate actual sales. • Proactive, responsible, target-oriented, and able to work independently. IMPORTANT We are looking for someone with REAL HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE and PROVEN SALES RESULTS. Candidates must be prepared to explain which online stores they personally managed and what actual sales results they achieved.
