On-Site Technical Deployment Lead

**Role Overview** Nostrvs Development is seeking a proactive On\-Site Technical Deployment Lead to direct field installations, system integrations, and hardware\-software commissionings across active site locations. In this role, you will manage field deployment teams, serve as the primary technical liaison between project management and site engineers, and ensure complex technical deployments are executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with project specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee on\-site technical deployment schedules, hardware installation teams, and system integration workflows across project locations. * Interpret technical schematics, network topologies, and engineering deployment plans to direct field technicians in precise system execution. * Conduct end\-to\-end commissioning, system integration testing, and technical validation prior to final client hand\-over. * Identify field deployment bottlenecks, hardware/software integration anomalies, and site constraints, implementing immediate technical resolutions. * Enforce site safety compliance, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance protocols across all field deployment activities. * Maintain detailed deployment logs, site readiness reports, hardware inventory counts, and client sign\-off documentation. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. * Minimum 4 years of experience leading technical field deployments, systems integration projects, or site engineering operations. * Strong hands\-on proficiency with hardware installation, network configuration, field diagnostic tools, and technical troubleshooting. * Proven ability to manage multi\-disciplinary field crews, coordinate with project managers, and communicate effectively with client technical leads. * Outstanding problem\-solving skills, willingness to travel frequently to deployment sites, and strong commitment to operational quality. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
