Civil Engineering Site Lead

**Role Overview** Cortex Engenharia is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Site Lead to direct site execution, manage engineering crews, and oversee structural and civil works on active construction projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design engineering and field execution, ensuring projects meet structural integrity standards, budget limits, safety regulations, and strict completion timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily site civil engineering operations, structural works, concrete execution, and earthworks across construction sites. * Interpret architectural designs, civil blueprints, structural calculations, and technical specifications to guide site supervisors and subcontractors. * Manage site engineering teams, surveyors, and field labor, coordinating work schedules, material allocations, and equipment utilization. * Perform continuous quality assurance inspections, material testing verifications, and structural alignment checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards. * Enforce site safety programs, environmental protection regulations, and workplace safety protocols (EHS/NR standards). * Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, and clients to resolve site structural queries, manage change orders, and report project progress. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; active CREA registration (or equivalent national engineering license) required. * Minimum 5 years of field civil engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a site supervisory or site lead capacity on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. * Strong expertise in reading structural engineering drawings, survey data, and execution blueprints. * Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, concrete technology, soil mechanics, and site safety legislation. * Proven leadership capabilities, clear field communication, and robust problem\-solving skills under tight deadlines. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
