Site Accountant

• Manage and control project petty cash in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Record, verify, and post daily financial transactions and site-related expenses. • Prepare petty cash reconciliations and monthly financial reports. • Process invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests. • Monitor project expenditures and ensure they remain within the approved budget. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all supporting documents are properly filed. • Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Assist in preparing cost reports and budget tracking for project management. • Support internal and external audits by providing the required financial documentation. • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements. • Coordinate with project managers and site teams on financial and administrative matters. • Perform any other accounting or finance-related duties assigned by management. • Travel and relocate between project sites across Saudi Arabia as required by business needs. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in construction, contracting, or infrastructure projects. • Previous experience as a Site Accountant is preferred. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). • Experience in managing petty cash , expense tracking, and account reconciliations. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. • Willingness to travel and relocate between project sites and cities across Saudi Arabia as required.
