Office Assistant

• Provide administrative and office support to management and staff. • Coordinate site activities and assist with daily operations. • Manage appointments, schedules, correspondence, and office documentation. • Maintain records, prepare reports, and handle basic Microsoft Excel tasks. • Coordinate communication between the office, site staff, and clients. • Perform general office duties and other tasks as assigned. • Female candidates preferred. • High school graduate or Bachelor's degree holder; university graduates preferred. • Good command of English and Hindi , with excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications. • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibilities efficiently. • Previous experience in office administration or site coordination is an advantage.
