Office Assistant (Boy/Girl) cum Assistant document controller

Office Maintenance & Support: • Maintain office cleanliness, tidiness, and organization throughout the day. • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and management. • Monitor pantry supplies, stationery levels, and office inventory, reporting reorder needs. • Assist with basic office errands, movement of files, and general daily support. Document Control & Administration: • Assist in organizing, scanning, printing, and filing both physical and digital company records. • Maintain clean electronic folder structures and physical filing cabinets for easy retrieval. • Help input, log, and update basic document tracking sheets in MS Excel. • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing letters, deliveries, and official documents. Key Requirements: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree. • Experience: Prior experience as an office assistant, office boy/girl, or junior administrative assistant in the UAE preferred. • Computer Skills: Basic working knowledge of computers, MS Office (Excel/Word), and scanning/printing equipment. • Languages: Spoken English and Hindi (essential for daily team communication). • Attributes: Punctual, polite, reliable, presentable, and eager to assist across varied daily tasks. • Location: Currently residing in the UAE (Sharjah/Dubai/Ajman) and available to join immediately or on short notice.
