Focused on new developer launches. Owns the launch-day playbook, the developer relationship, and the off-plan-curious client journey. • Lead launch coverage for Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, Omniyat and others • First-look access to developer inventory before public launch • Convert inbound interest from JRE's launch coverage into reservations • Hybrid: Emirates Towers HQ plus frequent on-site at developer launches Three-plus years in Dubai off-plan with a measurable track record at one or more of the major developers. RERA-registered.
