• Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of off-plan property leads through proactive prospecting and strategic networking. • Expertly present and market exclusive off-plan projects to potential buyers, highlighting unique selling propositions and investment potential. • Conduct thorough property tours and provide in-depth information on project details, floor plans, amenities, and developer credibility. • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers, ensuring favorable terms and smooth transaction processes. • Guide clients through the entire purchase journey, from initial inquiry to handover, managing all documentation and legalities. • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting the off-plan real estate sector. • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Possession of a valid real estate license and relevant professional certifications (e.g., RERA, NAR). • Preference for candidates with experience in the GCC real estate market, particularly Dubai or Abu Dhabi. • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other relevant languages is a significant advantage. • Advanced skills in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), property listing platforms, and MS Office Suite.
