Notary Documentation Officer

Job Purpose Assist in notarization transactions while ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) and the Ministry of Justice. The role is responsible for document verification, client coordination, electronic submissions, and the timely completion of notarization processes in line with the operational requirements of Mohamed Sultan Al Nuaimi Advocates & Legal Consultants. Key Responsibilities • Review and prepare documents for notarization, including POA, MOA, AOA, Board Resolutions, General Assembly Resolutions, and other legal documents. • Verify supporting documents and ensure completeness and compliance before submission. • Submit transactions through the Notary Public electronic system and monitor progress until completion. • Coordinate video call appointments between clients, lawyers, and legal advisors for remote notarization. • Communicate with clients, explain requirements, and provide transaction updates. • Liaise with government authorities and notary offices to facilitate smooth processing. • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all legal documents. • Follow up on pending transactions to ensure timely completion. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a law firm, legal consultancy, notary office, or similar environment. Skills & Competencies • Knowledge of UAE notarization procedures and legal documentation. • Familiarity with ADJD and Ministry of Justice systems. • Strong attention to detail and document review skills. • Excellent communication and client service skills. • Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred
