Newborn Caregiver, Childcare Expert

Now Hiring: Newborn Caregivers We are seeking experienced, compassionate and professional Newborn Caregivers to join our established maternity and newborn care team in Dubai. We are looking for candidates with proven, hands-on experience caring for newborns and infants aged 0–12 months , who are confident in providing safe, attentive and nurturing care within private family homes. Key Responsibilities • Provide professional newborn and infant care in clients' homes. • Assist with feeding, burping, bathing, diaper changing and settling. • Support healthy sleep routines and overnight newborn care. • Maintain excellent hygiene and safe infant-care practices. • Monitor babies' general well-being and communicate effectively with parents. • Offer reassurance and practical support to new mothers. • Requirements • Minimum 2 years of professional newborn or infant care experience. • Previous experience as a maternity nanny, newborn caregiver, baby nurse or infant care assistant. • Strong knowledge of newborn handling, feeding, hygiene and safe sleep practices. • Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient and professional attitude. • Comfortable working in private family homes, including night shifts. • Currently residing in the UAE. • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period preferred. • What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. • Employment visa and benefits in accordance with UAE labour law. • Professional and supportive working environment. • Opportunity to work with an established maternity and newborn care company. • Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time To Apply: Submit your updated CV, clearly highlighting your newborn and infant care experience.
