Newbon Caregiver

Provide professional, attentive and nurturing care to newborns and infants within private family homes. Responsibilities include feeding support, burping, bathing, diaper changing, settling, establishing healthy sleep routines and providing overnight newborn care. Ensure the highest standards of infant safety, hygiene and well-being while maintaining a calm, clean and organised environment. Support new mothers during the postnatal period, communicate effectively with parents and follow individual family routines and care instructions. We are seeking experienced, compassionate and reliable newborn caregivers with a minimum of 4 years of professional, hands-on experience caring for newborns and infants aged 0–12 months. Candidates should have previous experience as a newborn caregiver, maternity nanny, baby nurse or infant care assistant, with strong knowledge of newborn handling, feeding, safe sleep practices and infant development. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, patience and a genuine passion for newborn care are essential. Applicants must currently reside in the UAE and be comfortable providing care in private family homes, including overnight shifts. Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
