Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience within luxury hospitality, hotel operations, guest experience, project coordination, or pre-opening environments. • Strong understanding of hotel operations, with on-property operational experience highly preferred. • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Ability to work effectively across departments, regions, and cultures in a fast-paced environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach. • Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management or collaboration tools. • Exposure to pre-opening activities, OS&E coordination, operational readiness, budgets, or manning plans is advantageous. • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial. • Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering successful hotel openings. • Minimum 2 years of experience within luxury hospitality, hotel operations, guest experience, project coordination, or pre-opening environments.
