Network Administrator

In-House Network Administrator Location: Dubai / Sharjah, United Arab Emirates Department: IT / Infrastructure Experience: 5–10 years Nationality: Indian Job Description We are looking for an experienced In-House Network Administrator to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network operations, servers, and technical support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in network administration, Windows Server management, backup management, and IT troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and connectivity. • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows Server systems. • Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security. • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. • Manage data backup, restoration, and recovery procedures. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize business disruptions. • Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, system configurations, and troubleshooting records. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations. • Implement IT maintenance procedures and support infrastructure improvements. • Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or an equivalent qualification. • 7–8 years of relevant experience in network administration, IT infrastructure, or IT support. • CCNA certification is mandatory. • Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server management, network administration, backup management, and user account management. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage IT infrastructure independently in an in-house environment. • Must currently be based in Dubai or Sharjah, UAE. • Male candidates aged 35–40 years • Candidates who can join as soon as possible will be preferred. • Working Days: Monday to Saturday • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law • Reporting To: Director • Interview Process: Team Interview followed by Direct Interview
