Own allocation and deployment of the 10-person Field Engineer Relief Pool. Own field productivity metrics - visits per engineer, first-time fix rate, travel efficiency and utilisation. Own the end-to-end logistics chain from central and regional stores to site. Manage inter-emirate movement of engineers, spares and equipment. Drive standardisation of field process, runbooks and documentation across all zones. Own field readiness for major programmes, refresh cycles and examination periods. Report national field and logistics performance into the governance cycle.
