Mill Roller

• Operate and monitor rolling mills to precisely shape metal into specified dimensions and profiles, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards. • Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on rolling mill equipment, including rollers, guides, and lubrication systems, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and production schedules to accurately set up machinery and achieve desired product specifications. • Conduct quality control checks throughout the rolling process, identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from standards promptly. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mill Roller in a steel rolling mill. • Experience in roughing, intermediate, finishing, or BD rolling mill operations . • Good knowledge of roll setting, rolling process, and production quality standards. • Operate and monitor rolling mill equipment to produce steel products as per production requirements. • Perform roll changing, roll setting, and adjustments to maintain product quality. • Monitor rolling parameters, dimensions, and surface quality during production
