BD Mill-Stand & Guid Fitter

• Install, assemble, maintain, and repair BD (Bar & Rod) Mill Stands, Guides, and associated rolling mill equipment . • Perform guide setting, stand alignment, roll changes, and equipment adjustments to ensure efficient rolling operations. • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BD mill stands and guide systems. • Inspect mill components for wear and recommend replacements to minimize production downtime. • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during mill changeovers and breakdowns. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BD Mill Stand & Guide Fitter in a steel rolling mill. • Strong hands-on experience with BD mill stands, guide setting, alignment, roll changing, and maintenance . • Good troubleshooting skills with rolling mill mechanical equipment. • Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.
