Tendem mill pulpit operator

• Operate and monitor the Tandem Mill Pulpit to ensure smooth and efficient rolling mill operations. • Control rolling parameters, production speed, and product dimensions from the pulpit. • Monitor equipment performance and respond promptly to operational issues. • Coordinate with mill operators, maintenance, and production teams to minimize downtime. • Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved. • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant technical field is advantageous. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating rolling mills, preferably in a tandem mill environment. • Proven ability to interpret and respond to complex control system interfaces and data readouts. • Strong understanding of metallurgy and the mechanical properties of metals relevant to rolling processes.
