MIG Welder - MIG Aluminium Welder

• Execute precise MIG welding on aluminum components, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality according to engineering specifications. • Prepare aluminum surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and preparing joints to guarantee optimal weld penetration and adhesion. • Select and set appropriate welding parameters (voltage, amperage, wire speed, gas flow) for various aluminum alloys and thicknesses. • Operate and maintain welding equipment, including MIG welders, wire feeders, and gas cylinders, performing routine checks and minor repairs. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedure specifications (WPS) to accurately complete fabrication tasks. • Have proven experience working within the manufacturing or fabrication industry. • Exhibit proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints. • Possess strong technical skills in setting up and operating MIG welding equipment for aluminum. • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to understand instructions and report findings. • Maintain excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, defect-free welds.
