Aluminium Welder

• Precisely weld aluminum components using TIG or MIG welding techniques to meet stringent engineering specifications and quality standards. • Prepare aluminum surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and beveling to ensure optimal weld penetration and structural integrity. • Interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures to accurately execute fabrication tasks. • Perform meticulous visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) on welds to identify and rectify any defects. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent vocational training in welding. • Hold relevant certifications such as AWS D2 (Structural Welding Code - Aluminum) or equivalent. • Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically welding aluminum in fabrication or manufacturing environments. • Proven expertise in TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes on various aluminum alloys.
