MEP Site Supervisor

Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MEP Site Supervisor** with strong knowledge of **building construction and MEP site activities** to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience supervising MEP works on construction projects, coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to approved drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily **MEP site installation and construction activities**. * Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and related MEP works. * Read and interpret **MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications**. * Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams. * Supervise technicians, workers, and subcontractors on site. * Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and equipment. * Ensure MEP installations are completed according to approved drawings and project standards. * Conduct regular site inspections and identify installation issues or clashes. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works. * Maintain proper site records and provide daily/weekly progress updates. * Ensure compliance with project quality standards and HSE requirements. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project management. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering**, or a related technical field. * **3\+ years of experience** as an MEP Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. * **Strong construction background is a must.** * Good knowledge of building MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drainage, and firefighting. * Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and shop drawings. * Experience supervising construction site teams and subcontractors. * Strong knowledge of site coordination and construction procedures. * Good communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner preferred.** Important Candidates with **hands\-on MEP construction experience** will be given priority. Experience mainly in maintenance or facilities management without construction experience may not be suitable for this position. Work Location: In person
